Cannondale’s family is about to get bigger thanks to the arrival of a new member, namely the Rush 29, a full-suspension aluminum mountain bike, featuring 120mm shocks and, some say, an eye-catching price. The main target group of the new model is represented by enthusiat riders, offering them enough performance in terms of handling and stiffness for amateur competitions.
Not many details are available at this moment about the Rush 29 (photo above), but a main feature is also the single-pivot rear triangle of the frame, which works very smoothly in order to get the highest possible stiffness.
Leaving the lower part of Cannondale’s range and passing on to the top-end, we came across the Scalpel 29 Black Inc, which is preparing to be the manufacturer’s next big thing. Featuring a full carbon frame, an 100mm travel Lefty fork, a Fox Kashima Factory rear shock and Shimano XTR derailleurs, the model is the stuff bike dreams are made of.
Further information about the two models shall be available in the coming weeks.
